All sessions are provided in a safe space free of judgment and interpretation. They’re strictly confidential and with respect for all participants.

THCH programs are free and some are available on-line to ensure that mothers and babies are safe.

  • The Infant Formula Emergency Bank provides temporary supplemental assistance to families in need, ensuring access to essential formula during critical gaps between WIC appointments. This free program includes lactation education and formula preparation guidance, empowering families with the knowledge to support their infants’ nutritional needs. Assistance is available once every two months to eligible families, reinforcing its role as a short-term resource rather than a replacement for WIC benefits.

  • For teenagers during and after pregnancy.

    THCH encourages young mothers to become the best mommies they can be.

    GOALS

    • For women and teens ages, 13-22 years-old.

    • Trauma-Informed Care with an emphasis on physical, psychological and emotional safety.

    • Group participants are tested to measure PTSD, clinical anxiety, depression and Perinatal Mood Disorders. 

    • Participants receive their Welcome Baby Basket after completing group counseling (8 weeks).

    • Provide emotional support, practical education, mentorship, and community resources without judgment.

  • Readiness education for expecting and postpartum mothers.

  • Maternal Health Holistic Wellness Events are designed to provide mothers with babies up to one year old with supportive, restorative experiences that promote mental and emotional well-being. Through services such as yoga, acupuncture, art therapy, and other wellness activities, these events aim to reduce postpartum mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and life stress, while fostering community connection and support.

    Goals:

    • Enhancing Well-being: Promote self-esteem and emotional stability among postpartum mothers.

    • Strengthening Bonds: Encourage stronger mother-baby relationships to reduce neglect and abandonment.

    • Reducing Isolation: Address postpartum isolation by creating a sense of community and peer support.

 

For your convenience our services are provided virtually via tele-health and in person.

All counseling is available in English and Spanish.
